Project Details

The project focuses on restoring and rehabilitating the Hind Al-Daghma Building (dedicated to dialysis) within Nasser Medical Complex. This will ensure the rehabilitation of dialysis services, which include 35 beds for patients with kidney failure. These services are vital to protecting patients’ lives, given the difficulties faced by Gaza’s residents because of the war and the crises.

The World Health Organization has stated that there is a need to add 60 new dialysis machines to meet the growing demand in the area due to the situation of displacement and forced relocation, and the concentration of displaced people in Khan Younis and the southern areas of the Gaza Strip.

The project worked on restoring the building completely, as it consists of three floors, each with an area of approximately 600 square meters.
