The International Medical Relief Association – Medics continues the construction and equipping work for Al-Jalaa Field Hospital, as part of its efforts to support the health sector and strengthen its ability to respond to growing medical needs, amid the difficult humanitarian conditions and the heavy pressures facing health facilities.

Construction and equipping work at the hospital is progressing in preparation for its completion and commissioning, so that it may become an important addition to the available health capacities and help provide medical services for patients and the injured, while easing the burden on health facilities that are operating with limited resources amid the increasing need for medical care.

The establishment of the field hospital comes in response to the urgent need to strengthen the health infrastructure and provide additional, safe spaces for delivering care, helping medical teams continue carrying out their duties and reaching health services to the largest possible number of people in need.

Medics is working to follow up the stages of implementation of the project and complete the required work according to the available resources, leading to the full equipping of the hospital and preparing it to receive patients and provide the necessary medical services to them.

The project represents part of Medics' interventions in the medical and relief fields, which focus on supporting health facilities and medical staff, providing medical supplies, and strengthening the continuity of services in areas affected by crises and conflicts.

By continuing work on the construction of Al-Jalaa Field Hospital, Medics affirms its commitment to standing alongside affected communities and working to provide practical health solutions that help save lives and alleviate suffering, inspired by its humanitarian mission:

Medics – We relieve people.
